Partner may register only once and use only one Personal account to use the services of the company ( you can register one account from one IP address); 2.3.1. To require identity verification procedure in the case of Partner suspicion of fraud and/or block an account of the partner till the clarification of the circumstance ; 2.3.2. To suspend the user's account, or block it, identifying cases of violation of the rules of this Agreement, attempts to harm the project (they include: attempts to hack the resource, defamation, blackmail, distribution spam, etc.), according tothe report from payment systems or law enforcement, in the case of doing illegal action by participant of this site.
